COMMUNICATION WITH PLAYERS BEFORE THE GAME:

 

We will create a closed facebook group and a messenger thread for the players in this game. We will use these to keep contact with the players, and we need to get your response. Every pre-written character is essential for the game. If you stop responding to our messages, then you are out of the larp.

 

Every player is expected to post a picture of themself in their costume 1 week before the game. The picture will be posted in a closed group. If you do not post the picture, then we assume that you are not coming.

 

If you have any questions, then feel free to ask in the facebook group.

 

HOW WE CHOOSE PLAYERS:

 

We have 22 characters with pre-written descriptions. If we get more than 22 participants, then we will choose players at random, among those who have registered before the registration deadline. The rest will go to a waiting list.

 

Some people from the waiting list might be able to participate as NPCs, or they might play characters that we have not written into the story (such as Sikari-Sakari). These players do not pay a fee.

 

PICTURES TAKEN DURING THE LARP:

 

There will be taken pictures during the larp. These pictures will be posted in a closed forum, and you will have the opportunity to go through them and notify us if you want us to remove a picture where you are.

 

The rest of the pictures will go to our archives, and might be used for future marketing of the Ankkalinna larp.
